House: 3 Bedroom Family Home Just Minutes From Disney

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom family holiday home in Kissimmee Florida, off Highway 192 at Paradise Cove, a small private gated community located 300 meters from WalMart on the junction of US 192 and Bass Road and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping with a Mediterranean feel.

Its central location puts you in the heart of the attraction area of Central Florida only 10 minutes from Disney World Resort main gates. Universal Studios, Sea World and the International Drive area are approx 20 minutes away and the new shopping developments, The Loop and Loop West are just 5 minutes away.

The Sandy beaches of St Petersburg and Clearwater on the Gulf Coast are jwithin easy reach while Daytona, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral on the Atlantic Coast and the Kennedy Space Centre - Americas gateway to the universe - are less than an hours drive.

WalMart and Medieval Times are both within a five minute walk. There is a Lynx bus stop just minutes away.


About Our Home
The house has recently under gone a complete facelift, is fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard.

On the ground floor is a feature entrance lobby with stairs leading to the first floor. Through a featured archway you enter into the open plan, spacious living and dining area. There is a TV and entertainment center along with comfortable sofas.

The spacious kitchen is equipped to a high standard with full fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans and well stocked dinner and silverware.

The dining area seats 6 comfortably and looks out onto conservation at the rear of the property. A breakfast bar incorporates this area into the kitchen.

Off the kitchen is a half bath and laundry area with washer and dryer.

The first floor comprises of a master bedroom with TV and telephone, a walk in closet and en-suite full bathroom, a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and afull bathroom. The master and double bedroom lead onto a balcony which overlooks the conservation area to the rear.
